If you pay out-of-pocket in full, you may request that we do not share information with your insurer.

- NRS 629.061 & 629.0615 – Your health records are confidential and may not be disclosed without authorization, except as permitted by law
- NRS 603A (Nevada Data Privacy Law) – We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information
- NRS 439.538 – Certain health information, including communicable disease data, is subject to strict confidentiality protections
If a data breach occurs involving your personal or health information, we will notify you in accordance with both HIPAA and Nevada data breach notification laws.
